Experimentally and using mathematical modeling was studied of ion-molecular composition of the plasma glow discharge in Ar, the mass-spectra of materials for hydrogen accumulation (Ti-V, Zr-V-Ni, Ti-V-Mn), high-alloy steel, semiconductors based on In-Sb -Bi, In-Sb-Te, was created an atlas of molecular interference in their mass-spectrometric analysis. Experimentally and with the help of the developed by the authors of the project of the mathematical model was calculated the effect of electrode material and discharge power on the plasma parameters of the spark discharge in air, the intensity of spectral lines of atoms and ions. The results are used in emission spectral analysis and studies of transport in the vapor phase at electro-coating by Ag-C electrodes. In the approximation of theory of the transition state was calculated the kinetics of evaporation of a spherical droplet with diminishing size.
