As a result of implementation of work a method and algorithm was developed on upgrading surfaces of piezoelectric ceramics, which is based on the developed physics and mathematical and experimentally-statistical models, modification of electronic-beam equipment and research methods; the base of theoretical and experimental information is got on physical and chemical, to electromechanics and operating descriptions of wares from piezoceramics, which allow to define the optimum modes of application of the guided parameters of band electronic stream which removes worsening of its operating descriptions.
