Novelty: theoretical and methodical recommendations related to consideration of socio-humanitarian aspects of state management process are Developed. Practical recommendations are presented touching rises of social adequacy of state management. Efficiency of introduction: as a result of the conducted sociological researches the recommendations to Boards on the questions of domestic policy of Donetsk regional state administration (reference about introduction № 71-13/ from an April, 24 2007 )were developed, to the Donetsk regional institute of postdegree pedagogical education (reference about introduction № 201/02 from an April, 26 2007), UARMBO on results of conducted "Monitoring of the position and prospects of Ukrainian VNZ reformation according to the requirements of the credit-module system" (reference about introduction № 8/06-07 from an April, 25 2008 ), to the regional programs of political culture development and civil society and measures aime at an adequate perception by socium of processes, that take place in a country and development of education and maintenance of postdegree preparation of education leaders, teachers of history and social sciences.
