Aim of research is to develop and introduce environmentally safe bio-economical modes of integrated weed control in seed sowings of perennial grasses (bird's-foot trefoil and Festuca pratensis L.). Methods of research are generally accepted for research of weed harm and biological efficacy of herbicides. Theoretical results are in determination of harmful effect of weeds under condition of their different quantity and establishment of critical periods of bird's-foot trefoil and Festuca pratensis L. Substantial intensification of herbicide activity in bird's-foot trefoil of the second year is obtained when applying pivot (0,4 l/ha) with addition to working liquid of ammonia saltpeter (10 kg/ha) or surface-active substance - EPAA. Weed destruction has been 85-87 % and there has been 0,055-0,109 t/ha yield increase. In agrophytocenosis of Festuca pratensis L.of the first year esteron (0,5 l/ha); agritox (0,6 l/ha); nabob (1,2 l/ha) have appeared to selective. De-struction of dicotyledonous weeds has been within 83-94 %. In Festuca pratensis L. of the second and third year only herbicides agritox (1,5-2,5 l/ha) and esteron (0,5-0,8 l/ha) have been highly selective to plants of Festuca pratensis L., where the highest yield increase has been ob-tained - 0,11-0,13 t/ha and 0,13-0,15 t/ha, accordingly. Optimum herbicide effect in sowings of white clover has been revealed by such preparations as agritox (0,6-1,0 l/ha) and bazagran (1,5-2,5 l/ha). Novelty of work - new herbicide compositions that have phenomenon of synergism are developed, and the rates of some components have reduced by 25-35 %.
