Mineral composition of basic fodders, combined fodders of industrial production, premixes of home and foreign production, protein and mineral additives, poultry products were studied. Long scientific investigations were carried out at the bases of production complex "Shakhtar", Donetsk region, agrofirm "Chervonyj partisan", Lugansk region, "Pivdennyj Holding" enterprise, Crimea autonomous republic. Mineral composition of natural deposits of Donetsk region and Crimean republic was studied. Mineral composition of premixes of home and foreign production, which are used in Ukraine for poultry feeding was examined. Technical terms "High-protein corn meal" TY-Y-15.7-00496588-001 : 2006 were developed. The additive contains: corn grain - 100% and mixture of corn grain - 70% and wheat and rye grain - 30%. The content of raw protein is not less than 25%. Examination of chemical composition of phosphorous and calcium supplements: monocalciumphosphates Ca(H2PO4)2, dicalciumphosphates Ca(HPO4)2H2 and tricalciumphosphates Ca3(PO4)2 was made. Samples of those fodder phosphates were taken at such enterprises as "Sapfir", "Aleco", "Krug-Agro", "Agrophosprom", "Budplastpolimer", agroholding "Avangard", "Eurochim" company. It was established that mineral composition of monocalciumphosphates does not always meet the standards. Balance experiment on laying hens, during which the effect of various mineral supplement on poultry productivity was studied, was carried out. In control group which was fed with combined fodder without mineral supplements, egg production was 46,7% in the first experimental group, which received carbonate mineral mix - 56,3%, in the second experimental group, which received sulphate mineral mix - 71,9%, in the third experimental group, which received mineral mix, prepared at Fodder Institute - 81,3%.
