Key parameters of digital spectral processors: an instant band of the analysis - 33 MHz; resolution on frequency - 4 kHz; on time - 1ms and 1mks; a dynamic range - 90 dB. On the basis of new equipment multi-channel observation mode ("ON-OFF" mode) was realized ib the frequency band 10-30 MHz. This allowed to register and identify lightnings on Saturn. Methods of improving the sensitivity using the broadband multi-channel correlation mode were developed and realized. Joint workshops for Ukrainian and French scientist were organized at UTR-2 (Ukraine) and NDA (France) radio telescopes. With the help of the created hardware-software means and methods new types and features of a low-frequency radio emission of the Sun, the Jupiter, Saturn, the interplanetary medium, the interstellar medium, pulsars, active stars, exoplanets and other objects of the universe are found.
