The parameters of process are: hydrogen pressure during HD equal 0.1 MPa, DR temperature equal 950 °С, time of reaction equal 4.5 h. Fine powders with 3 µ particle size have been produced by planetary ball milling of hydride of alloy. 80 % of powder particles have 4 µ sizes. Milling terms: milling frequency equal 300-400 rpm, milling time - up to 30 min, medium - acetone. Disproportionation by hydrogen mill and recombination can be rout for producing of fine ferromagnetic alloy powders with sharp particle size distribution.
