The aim of the work was to improve diagnoctic value and evaluation of effectiveness of patients' treatment with locally spread malignant tumours of breast, head and neck, minor pelvic cavity, abdominal cavity tumours . This finding's results may prove necessity of using radiological monitoring, which is forced to define the borders of tumour process spreading and estimation of chosen treatment effectiveness, what include evaluation of tumour regression, it's size or process progression stabilization, what can indulge treatment alhorithm changing. Methods of the study: radiological diagnostics (sonography, X-ray, mammographia, MSCT), clinical and statistical. Aparatus: MSCT Asteion S4 and Action 16(Toshiba), sonography scaners HDI 5000 and HDI 3000 (ATL), Envizor (Phillips), Nemio (Toshiba) and SSI-1000 (China) with using: widestrited sensor L12-7,5, C6 and C5-2 MHZ mamograph "Senographe-600T" (GE); microscope Olympus CX 41; digital photocamera (Olympus). Study results' archivation was performed on working bases "Vitrea-2" та "Vіew Poіnt". The results we have got prove the necessity of radiological monitoring usage, aimed on revealing the tumour process spreading and estimation of the effectiveness of chosen treatment and degree of tumour regression, stabilization or progression, what will bring the physision to check whether the chosen treating tactics was right. Comparence of radiologic and morphological methods of operative material examination with formulation of morphological criteria of notadjuvant therapy effectiveness (treating pathomorphosis). Straight-line dependency between volume of alive tumour tissue and radiological signs of tissue reaction on the held treatment. Degree of involvement - optimised methods of radiological examination usage and developed algorhythm. Area of usageinvestigation is from area of radiologic medicine and oncology and can be used for malignant tumour identification and treatment effectiveness estimation.
