Complete remission and stabilization of process were reached in 84,2% patients of main investigation group, which are the same with results in treatment of this pathology in progressive countries, and better than results of treatment in control group (57%). Overall 3-year survival rate in patients of main group is 38%, in control group - 33,3%. The protocol, proposed for treatment of poor prognosis forms of Ewing sarcoma, demonstrated good direct treatment result (complete or very good partial response) in 9 of 15 patients (60%). The main early response evaluation criteria and factor of development of resistance or relapse is histological response. Proposed scheme of supportive low-dose metronome chemotherapy vinorelbine/cyclophosphamide is effective in 40% cases of poor prognosis forms of soft tissue sarcoma (non rhabdomyosarcoma) and could be recommended in treating patients with this pathology. Changes of cellular, humoral immunity and T-lymphocytes genome are observed initially in patients and in children with relapse.
