We noticed that the potential for proliferation, growth and invasion was higher in LLC than in LLC/R9, by increasing the level of mRNA expression of vascular endothelial growth factor, interleukin-10, MATRIX metaloproteinaz MMR2, 9, and MT-MMP. The level of mRNA expression of protein transporters and TAR1 TAR2 in tumor lines of LLS and LLC/R9 in vitro was significant lower compared to the level of expression in lung cells of intact mice, indicating that the mechanism of tumor escape from the immune surveillance by reduce the number of molecules MHC class I on cells surface was develop. The intense antitumor and antimetastatic effect in mice with LLC, treated with dendritic cells (DC) and low doses of cyclophosphamide, were identified. It was found that the most effective scheme: DC-vaccine and cyclophosphamide 40 mg / course. Using such a scheme of combination immunotherapy ensure the generation of antigen-specific immune response to tumor antigen, enhances the cytotoxic activity of splenocytes, with both allogeneic and syngeneic target cells, reduces the level of mRNA expression of growth factors TGF-that VEGF in the metastatic cells, LLC, and reduces malignant potential tumor.
