The dose-dependent effect between structural changes in cytoplasm and nuclei and duration of contact of cells with this factor was shown during the study of structural and functional features of Ehrlich ascetic carcinoma tumor cells. Intraperitoneal injection of iron nanoparticles was shown to have impact on free radical homeostasis in mouse organism. The relation between pathological changes in liver tissue of studied animals and production of aggressive free radical substances by hepatocytes as a result of ferromagnetic influence, particularly in mice with Echrlich ascetic carcinoma. Morphological studies of life-threatening organs of animals went with the fact that severe changes in reticuloendothelial system had resulted from the toxic effect of magnetite nanoparticles. It was proved that that ferromagnetic nanoparticles changed activity of imuune cells activity in vitro and in vivo with dose-dependent changes in intact mice and mice with Ehrlich ascetic carcinoma.
