Variant analysis, conducted in-process allowed to define the optimum variant of chart of the automated archived system on the basis of expert estimations with the high level of co-ordination of opinions of experts. The method of increase of degree of compression of the problem-oriented phototypographs in-use in different industries of national economy is developed. In an invention the task of increase of degree of compression of fox messages decides on the basis of context design. For the decision of this task procedure of recognition of morphological construction of the encoded report, to which a current context behaves and the correction of estimation of final probability is carried out on the size of coefficient of affixation morphemes or morphological parts of speech, is entered. Recommendations of placing of hydrometeorological and gidrokhimicheskikh archives of information are mined-out on technical transmitters for production subdivision, and also a typeselection reserve printing-down and creation of archive of hydrometeorological and gidrokhimicheskikh documents is grounded on laser disks. The conducted researches were carried out concertedly with the technology of collection, treatment, control and analysis of hydrometeorological and gidrokhimicheskikh data accepted in Ukraine, that enables further development of researches, and also reductions of terms of approbation and introduction in the production process of the created software. The programmatic practical implementation of adaptive methods of compression of fox messages modules are developed taking into account their problem orientation. On the basis of izlozhennogo, it is possible to conclude about a novelty, actuality, theoretical and practical meaningfulness of the executed work.
