It was shown the dependence of the frequency of a Tn5-mutant from bacterial genotype . It was obtained approximately 2000 mutants of slow-growing rhizobia of soybean and lupine, as well as fast-growing - peas, alfalfa and clover by using of plasmid pSUP2021:: Tn5. It was shown that the apply of vector pSUP5011:: Tn5 is more effective for insertion Tn5-transposon in the genome slow-growing nodule bacteria B. japonicum strains 646 and M634b and offers a wide range of Tn5-mutants.
