The purpose of work is diminishing of time of search and analytical processing of data and knowledges which are needed for making and acceptance of the grounded decisions the leaders of liquidation of fleeting extraordinary situations of technogenic character, and also, increase of degree to their objectivity due to automation processes of authentication of such situations and introduction of multidimensional approach at presentation of information. Drawn on the got results for the analysis of situation during development of extraordinary situations and, accordingly, rule-making in relation to liquidation of such situations taking into account experience of experts.
