Objective - development of elements of the theory of designing devices and components for the implementation of accelerated high-precision analog-digital conversion. An overview of modern methods of construction of high-precision converters, which are divided into structural and technological, algorithmic methods of improving the performance of the successive approximation ADC based on weight redundancy, as well as overview of the methods for improving speed of the successive approximation ADC with the introduction of variable length trim cycles were given. The modern element base for microelectronic realization of symmetrical push-pull DC-amplifier with symmetrical structure on the basis of which it is possible to build analog components of the ADC were considered. The current approaches to microelectronic realization of the capacitor for ADCs with charge redistribution were analyzed. The mathematical model of successive approximation ADC with a variable length trim cycles and the model of comparison of analog signals with adjustable sensitivity for fast-track trim were developed. The ways of improvement of the parametric reliability of the ADC with weight redundancy were identified. The structural implementation and operational algorithms high-precision ADC with weight redundancy were discovered. The original methods of designing analog components on the basis of two-stroke symmetric structures DC-amplifiers were developed. Research results can significantly reduce costs and increase reliability and performance of successive approximation analog-digital conversion, and whole systems without additional capital investment.
