Creation of bases of the theory of digital processing of superbroadband signals (SBBS) is the work purpose that provides the complex decision of an important scientific and technical problem of construction of noiseproof means in a radar-location and communications with the improved electromagnetic compatibility and the expanded functionality. Research methods are based on use: the discrete mathematics, the functional analysis, the theory of signals and systems, the theory of digital processing of signals, theoretical bases of information-measuring technics, the theory of sets and operational calculations, the theory of matrixes, the theory of probability and the mathematical statistics. Results of the research which purpose consists in a theoretical substantiation of primary digital processing SBBS and working out of a method of synthesis of superbroadband digital operational elements, construction of mathematical models of base superbroadband logic elements and working out of a method of the statistical analysis of superbroadband logic and operational elements, and also working out of positions of the theory of analog-digital transformation SBBS are stated. Efficiency of the offered bases of the theory of processing SBBS consists that the developed principles, methods and models will allow to carry out for the first time digital processing SBBS from a reception path to the processor block that will lead to improvement of electromagnetic compatibility of equipment, increase of a noise stability and expansion of functionality at the expense of use of digital methods of time and code division of signals in communication systems and decisions of problems of revealing and recognition of objects in superbroadband radars.
