Formation of highly ordered mesoporous silica with hexagonal type of lattice was confirmed by data of X-ray powder diffraction. This conclusion is in line with the data of the adsorption method - obtained materials have high meanings of the specific surface (500-700 м2/g ) and narrow curves of pores distribution by their sizes. Using IR-spectroscopy it was shown that after removal of template by extraction carboxyl functionalized groups are retained in the structure of the silica matrix. The synthesized matrices may be used for incorporation of ions of rare-earth metals. A new luminescent method for quick identification of presence of phosphate ions in water solutions with use of the complex of (EuTc probe) was suggested. It was ascertained that in case of neutral meaning of pH the method is suitable for identification of phosphate-ions in phosphate-containing biochemical systems. Lineal range lies within mmol/l. Intensity of luminescence usually depends on the power of agitation that may be overcome by usage of more powerful sources of light such as laser diodes and lasers. Besides, it was shown that intensity of initial luminescence of the complex EuTc (considering complex structure of tetracycline - presence of several proton-donor groups determining possibility of forming different by composition and resistance complexes under different meanings of pH) doesn't extinguishes completely under high concentration of phosphate ions (it is observed only 65% of extinguishment of intensity of luminescence of the initial signal). It was ascertained that under the presence of 70 ?mol/l of phosphate-ions intensity of luminescence of hypersensitive strip Tb3+ under 548 nm is reduced by about 95 %. It was shown that presence of cations of other metals has a minor impact of luminescent properties of complexes of terbium with tetracycline, with the exception of Cu2+ ions. Presence of this ion in solutions with concentrations >0.05 mmol/l reduces significantly intensity of luminescence of TbL complexes.
