The poject was also aimed at refining technology of synthesis of NCs with small size dispersion and high luminescence efficiency by colloidal synthesis methods in aqueous solutions and methods of closely packed NC arrays. To achieve the above aim, comprehensive studies of optical phonon spectra, charge carrier dynamics, photoluminescence of ultrasmall (2-5 nm) cadmium and zinc chalcogenide NCs and their solid solutions obtained in soft conditions in aqueous solutions polielektrolites methods of colloid-chemical synthesis and polymer films with incorporated them into NC and NC closely packed films.
