Purpose: To work out a system of information provision of analytical synthetic research of the tendencies of radiology development for substantiation of priority trends of its development. Methods: Information analytics, information research, information search in the Internet, summarizing, statistical analysis, translation. Results and their novelty: A concept of the system of scientific research information provision in radiology using the Internet recourses was worked out; new knowledge about Medline, EMBASE and ІNIS databases was obtained; the tendencies of development of a new area of positron-emission tomography (PET) were determined. Investigation of the capabilities of electronic recourses of the Internet allowed to optimize the technology of search for electronic information in radiology and work out manuals on information search on radiology in the Internet and technology of search in PubMed. Degree of introduction: 32 works including 2 manuals were published, 14 reports on scientific practical conferences were made. Area of application: Medicine, radiology, medical informatics.
