Objective: To improve multimodality treatment of the patients with uterine body cancer by means of working out the methods of pre-operative radiation therapy in combination of the tumor cryodestruction based on investigation of cryoradiation pathomorphism of endometrial cancer. Methods of investigation: Clinical, morphology, statistical. Results and their novelty: For the first time, it was shown that pre-operative cryoradiation therapy at a mean focal dose of 20 Gy increased the degree of the tumor lesion and reduced its proliferative activity both on tissue and cellular level causing regression of 48.5 % of the tumor volume. Multimodality treatment with cryotreatment of the uterus cavity and pre-operative distance gamma-therapy at a MFD of 20 Gy did not cause any sufficient changes in the immune system parameters. Cryoablastics of the uterus cavity before the preoparative radiotherapy significantly reduced the relapse incidence and metastases when compared with the patients without cryotreatment and pre-operative distant gamma therapy at a MFD of 20 Gy. Degree of introduction: Nine articles, abstracts, 3 patents, one information letter. Area application: oncology. Product Description popup.authors Кругова І.М. Лукашова О.П. Міхановський О.А.
