The study is devoted to the development of theoretical and scientific-methodical foundations for the complex analysis of multispectral satellite data to research the ecological state aiming at the prediction of the natural changes using energy- mass exchange modeling in geosystems. The informational features of multiband satellite data are assessed. The efficient methods and the digital processing programs of satellite data are identified. The instances of the complex analysis and predicting ecological state over some terrain and impact of the climatic, natural, and technogenic factors on the geosystem conditions in Ukraine are represented. The method and technology of ecological assessment for the regions are developed on a basis of the complex analysis for multispectral satellite data may be used to substantiate the ecological policy of the Ukrainian authority to take the management decisions.
