The purpose of research - definition of quantitative and qualitative compound opportunistic fungi (micromycetes), an estimation of their toxicity for the person. Methods of research - spectrofotometry, a method of direct planting and membrane filters method, light microscopy. The basic results - the spaces compound of microscopic fungi in superficial waters of various regions of Ukraine is investigated. It is shown, that the basic spaces of fungi are Aspergillus, Penisillium, Cladosporium, Alternaria, Candida and others. Novelty - is established dependence of quantitative of fungi from depth of sampling of water, temperature, and also presence of organic substances. Area of use - quality natural and potable water.
