Aim of the study: to learn the hemopoiesis for children with haematological and oncogematological pathology, who live in the Kiev, Zhytomyr and Tchernihiv areas, on the basis of results clinical-haematological inspection, to define of heavy metals levels in the child organism and to estimate the ionizing irradiation doses. Methods of researches: clinical, morphological, biochemical, immunological, instrumental, hygienical, mathematical. For children with anaemias the changes in the indexes of red blood cells depending on etiology of anaemia and residence were found out. The reasons of anaemias. The high levels of serum iron and ferritine and diserythropoietic features in bone marrow of patients with acute leukemia was proven.
