As a result of the work: has been optimized conditions for cultivation of the Hansenula polymorpha "tr 1" strain - producer of recombinant flavocytochrome b2. Has been obtained of producer cell's biomass with high content of target enzyme. Has been optimized the scheme of flavocytochrome b2 isolation and purification from the overproducing recombinant cells of H. polymorpha "tr1". Have been determined stabilizing compounds and optimized of storage conditions for purified enzyme.
