It was optimized the protocol of selection and cleaning of these nanopolymeric systems for delivery of nucleic acids. Protocol of transformation was tested and adapted for E. сoli, using these nanopolymeric transmitters. In particular, it was optimized the composition of transformation environment and condition for transformation of bacteria of E. сoli.
