High catalytic effect found of polycarbens in the reaction transesteryfikation as reaction of C- O bond formation, more than an order of magnitude in terms TON and TOF prevails described in the literature relevant catalytic effects. Nanokarbens complexes of palladium copper(I) are syntesed as effective catalyts in formation of C-H bonds (reduction of C=O bonds), the most effective was polymeric complex of copper (I) that substantially prevails known carbenes complexes Rh, Ir and Pd. The work was performed at the level of laboratory research. The results may be used in preparative and practice as a scientific basis for the development of production drugs technology, liquid fuels from vegetable oil, dehalohenation halohenorganic wastes..The results was submitted in the publication in 3 articles in the specialized journals, and the 4 report in the XXII Ukrainian Conference of Organic Chemistry (with international participation) (attached copies of works).
