The obtained material can be presented as composite which consists of alpha-Fe2O3 equilibrium clusters which are surrounded by X-ray-crystal and by X-ray-amorphous particles with gama-Fe2O3 structure. It was found that the ceramic synthesized system of TiO2-Fe2O3-LiOH is polyphase polycrystalline formation, phases content and crystalline structure of which depend both on origin burden composition and cooling conditions. The main intercalation matrix of such system in relation to Li+ serves as high defective titania-replaced oxide spinel and pseudo-brookite Fe-replaced TiO2 modification. During the titania substitution the following colloidal complexes are formed: microdispersed alpha-Fe, nanodispersed TiO2 (rutile) and microdispersed Fe3O4 - nanodispersed TiO2 (rutile), which have globule structure. It was determined that technological conditions and heat treatment modes of plant raw material (during which nanoporous carbon materials (PCM) are forming) suitable for the capacitors systems forming, which work on double electric layer (DEL) charge/discharge principle. The main feature of which is the fact that raw material carbonization and PCM activating take place at 1100-1150 K temperatures and pressure of 0,6-0,8 MPa with the use of aquatic pair and bounded water as porecreator agents.
