In the origin PCM this structure is covered by solid superficial layer which is formed during the obtaining of this material. PCM thermal and chemical treatment facilitates material carcass structure cleaning. Optimal modes of origin PCV thermal treatment exist and they determine capacitance characteristics of these materials. It was shown that isovalance substitution of ferum ions by aluminium ions in the litium-ferum spinel structure (synthesized by ceramic method on the base of lithium hydroxide) does not influence on the process of substructure arrangement formation 1:3 ions Li+:(Fe3+, Al3+). Such reduction of spatial group symmetry from Fd3m to P4132/P4332 is realized on the quasi-equilibrium synthesis conditions when the ceramic cooling is conducted slowly. Ferum is substituted by aluminium in the spinel octa-sublattice. Lithium ions are localizated only in octa-sublattice that causes to high level of spinel homogeneity both in structural aspect and in the aspect of cation equivalency of both cation spinel sublattice. It was found that laser irradiation of Fe2O3 nanosystem causes to superparamagnatic nanoparticles agglomeration and as result to the increase of the time amount of relaxation their magnetic moment, which is shown in the magnetic arranged phase increase. Increasing of Fe2O3 nanosystem laser irradiation improves material absorbtion characteristics. At the same time absorbtion centres are formed not only in the superparamagnatic nanoparticles but also in the particles which are formed on the base of agglomeration at impulse laser annealing.
