A methodology to predict the development of the wine market of Ukraine on the basis of balancing of demand and supply was suggested. A prediction of the wine market of Ukraine for the period of up to 2015 was developed. Suggestions as the improvement of the organization and economical mechanism of the development of the grape and wine industry of Ukraine were substantiated.
