The study varieties were screened for low temperature-related stress tolerance. Specific anthocyanin profiles were obtained by HPLС for each variety. Volatile content of ten autochthonous varieties of the Crimea with variety-specific aroma was evaluated. Image-documentation was generated for 19 grape varieties. The data obtained was pooled to develop the core of an information and ampelographical database. Two promising varieties were revealed as sources of valuable traits for breeding.
