The purpose of researches is development of elements of technology of growing of seed of soy, that will allow to get high and permanent harvests on the irrigated earths southem Ukraine. The methods of researches are the field temporal agrotechnical experiments. It is set, that technical effictive of herbicide Hurricane Forte of 500SL - 3,0 l/ga at application of him for 14 days to sowing against weeds perennial was 67,0-67,9%. Successive application of him from Doual Gold 960 ES - 1,5 l/ga brings a common amount down of weeds in sowing of culture on 72,7%, and their raw mass on 74,6% in relation to the zabour'yanenogo control, that was instrumental in saving of harvest of seed of soy - 4,7 ts/ga. At experience after the study of application of mineral fertilizers the greatest productivity is got on a sort Danaya - 29,3 ts/ga, on a sort Aratta - 27,4 ts/ga at are borne calculation norm of fertilizers under a harvest 35 ts/ga. The increase of harvest of seed made ts/ga according to 4,3 and 5,0. At the study of chemical measures against illnesses, the greatest productivity is got on a sort Deymos at application of protrouynica Foundazol 2 l/t and fungicide Fortress - 0,5 l/t in a phase end of flowering - 34,4 ts/ga.
