The purpose of research is to develop theoretical and methodological foundations of revival of village and rural development in Ukraine under conditions of multistructure in agriculture at different hierarchical levels, improving the villages facilities in Ukraine by objects of social infrastructure, demographics, employment and living standards of rural residents. The following methods were used: standard, monographic, abstract-logical, economic statistics, balance sheet, calculative and constructive, sampling and others. Research topics are the continuation of research in 2001-2005, "Development of scientific and applied principles of social revival of the village" using the results of conceptions of social revival of villages by 2010 and 2015. The software of rural areas was studied first. Effect of implementation in practice of proposals will be reflected in the development of integrated socio-economic environment in the countryside, in balancing territorial offers social services to their needs and their approach of quantitative and qualitative parameters of the social standards and norms.
