The program of diagnostic examination of the patients before operation was elaborated, which has permitted to lower preoperatively undiagnosed HRV from 34.4 % to 13.4 %. Tactics of surgical treatment had been improved. As result of this mortality in the grope of studied patients was decreased from 40,1 % to 17,4 %.
