The economic and mathematical interproduct balance model of production type of the water-supply and water-drainage system with adjoint electricity distribution grid is developed. The technique is offered to include the network flow distribution laws as integral part of the structured optimization model of production type. Calculations of transported product volumes and corresponding network node prices are executed for adjoint hydraulic and electricity transmission networks of the municipal waste-water utility, the quantitative data are given.
