Aim of paper is to work out methods and facilities of fight against entering dust in the atmosphere from intensive anthropogenic sources on the basis of research physical and chemical properties of separate surfactant species and their combinations, processes of their co-operating with bulk mineral solids. Research methods are laboratory experiments, physical design, statistical analysis, programmatic treatment and generalization of laboratory and model experimental results of researches, creation and approbation methods and means of treatment bulk solids by surfactant species in the industrial conditions. Scientific result of paper is determination of kinetics and dynamics of co-operation of solutions surfactant species with a dust and bulk hard mineral solids. Practical results is a choice of surfactant species types, determination of their concentrations in solutions and discharge intensities, development methods and means of treatment of bulk solids by solutions of surfactant species. The scientific novelty of the executed researches is establishment of parameters treatment of bulk solids by surfactant species solutions, which includes the optimal values of concentrations surfactant species in aquatic lathering solutions, multiplicity of suds, discharge intensity of suds, composition of combinations of surfactant species. Efficiency of dedusting air has made 86%. A sphere of using is mining, metallurgical and other industrial sector.
