A purpose of work is determination of the investigation ores technological peculiarity from point of view their complex use and clarification of Hannivsk occurrence mineralization genesis. Biotechnological method, atomic-absorption, roentgen-struktural, spectral and correlation analyses were used. It was proved, that part of quartz-sulfide gold ores of Sergeevsk deposit belong to difficult treatment. The method of the biotechnological treatment of complex gold- and molybdenum ores is created and the principle new scheme is elaborated. The scientific novelty of results in geological part consists of supposition about polychronic and the polygenic (possibly) ores formation of Hannivsk occurrence. Efficiency of introduction consists in the complex and highly productive working of difficult treatmenting gold-molybdenum ores without the toxic solvents using.
