A purpose of SRW is creation of multifunction raw material composites, technologies of their receipt and treatment of fusions of steels and alloys with the increase of complex of properties of the prepared products. Research methods - chemical, thermodynamics, sciagraphy, metallography, micro x-ray photography spectral, determination of mechanical properties, regressive-cross-correlation method of processing of statistical data. Research results - on new conceptual basis multicomponent raw material compos are developed with a similar-eutectoid structure and exotherm; their solubility and mastering fusion arrives at 100 %; they provide grinding down of grain structure, diminishing of amount of harmful admixtures and gases, nonmetallic, change of form on round, increase and stabilizing of mechanical properties became. A novelty is protected 4 patents of Ukraine. Technology of making of raw material compos differs without alloing, zero-emissionness, low-power, by an economy. Job performances are approved and inculcated on PC of "АрселорМиттал Кривой Рог", PC of "ИНТЕРПАЙП НТЗ" at smelting a 30 melting 5 easily soiled steel of converter and martin methods of production with the increase of quality.
