The purpose of the work is to develop the models and modes of influence of the physical kinetiko-thermodynamic conditions and modes of super-rapid crystallization from liquid and steam on the peculiarities of formation of a microstructure, metastable phases and improvement of properties amorphous and nanocrystal alloys,rechargeable battery lead-based alloys; to create the computer programs for dynamic modelling of nanocrystals structure in the early stages of growth. Research methods - electronic microscopy, X-ray diffraction, metallographic and magnetometric methods, plotting of polyterms of electroresistance. As a result of investigations technological conditions of films sputtering and microwire (MW) moulding have been optimized. Nanocrystalline and amorphous samples of immiscible systems and systems on the basis of carbon and refractory metals with the increased values of coercive forces, improved temperature factor of resistance and superficial electroresistance have been obtained. For PbCaSn alloys, the influence of plastic deformation, electric current and temperature of crystallization conditions on structure and mechanical properties has been established. Influence of mechanical loadings on structure and magnetic properties of amorphous and nanocrystalline microwires of systems Co-Cr-Fe-Si-B has been investigated Program for computer simulations of crystallization processes by Monte - Carlo and molecular dynamic methods has been worked out. Novelty of results of researches consists in creation of perspective non-equilibrium quenched materials for modern and future science intensive technologies in radio instrument-making industry, technology of SHF, mechanical engineering. Results of researches can be used at the enterprises of the radio-electronic and microelectronic industry.
