Results of researches: it is set that solubility of protein makes in green mass of soy - 39,5%, in a corn - 51,8%, the amount of neytral'no-detergentnoy cellulose in relation to kysloto-detergentnoy for soy on the average makes in green mass 65,6%, and in a corn - 88,4%. Introduction of scientific developments in production will be instrumental in the improvement of the regional system of estimation of food value of forages, that will allow to promote efficiency of the use of forages on 15-20%.
