Object of investigations: determination of influence the filter's load chemical nature on the efficiency of the mycromycetes isolation, natural and synthetic organic matter. Methods of investigations: microbiologic, spectroscopy, determination of the structural characteristics AC, the content of the total organic carbon. Effect of activated carbon surface on the processes of sorption and biodestruction of water solutions of fulvic acids under equilibrium and dynamic conditions was investigated. It is shown that modification of AC surface by iron oxide leads to intensification of biofiltration processes through the layer of biologically active carbon of the solutions of 2-chlorine-phenol and 2,4-dinitro-phenol. The conditions of formation and desorption of the natural biofilms in the processes of the tap water filtration through abiotic (sand), biotic (carbon) and synthetic-base (H-cation exchanger resin) load were studied. The identification of fungi in the water of centralized system of water supply and define the capabilities of micromycetes fixation on the sand and carbon load in the filter processes are carried out.
