On the basis of the research results the technologies are developed: refining and direct alloying of the alloys by melts of the worked-out steel-smelting slags, vanadium concentrate and ashes of the heat stations; gas-fluxing and vacuum-plasma treatment of the liquid metal allowing to obtain qualitative alloys from the low-grade charge and metal wastes; fusing with laser beam on the products of composite coatings with the given properties.
