The purpose is the construction of mathematical models of the automated production systems and development on their basis of the application programs, which permit to increase their effectiveness, including their reliability, efficiency, maintenance service and control of functioning, and also a raise of precision of control systems on the basis of creation of a method of two-parameter multiple measurements. Methods: 1. The stochastic analysis of process of functioning of the automated industrial systems. 2. The entropy approach to the analysis of two-parameter multiple measurements. The basic scientific results: 1. On the basis iterative semi-marcovian models are investigated performances of the automated industrial synchronous systems. 2. The model of the multiple two-parameter measurements, which permits to select their minimum necessary number providing the set precision of operation of production systems, is developed. 3. Operation of the multicomponent automated industrial systems is investigated in view of preventive maintenance on the basis of the constructed stochastic models, permitting to determine optimum periods of holding of preventive measures. 4. Semi-marcovian model of the two-component automated industrial system is developed, permitting to determine periodicity of holding of control operations. The basic practical outcomes: 1. The application package for calculation of parameters of the automated synchronous systems is developed 2. The technique of holding of multiple two-parameter measurements is created 3. The application package is developed, permitting to analyze operation of the two-component automated industrial system at presence of control operations. 4. The application package, realizing the mathematical models circumscribing operation of automated industrial systems in view of preventive measures is offered. This researches are referring to probability-analytical modelling of the automated objects, which contains the sources of indeterminacy of processes flowing in them.
