A subject of researches is mathematical model of process, an intensification of contact heat and mass exchange during an interaction of gas and liquid polydispersed streams with different mutual spatial orientation. The project purpose is creation of theoretical bases for calculation of contact heat and mass exchange in three-dimensional process of gas and liquid flow interaction with different spatial orientation which provides increase of heat and mass exchange intensity. The basic method of research is the method of mathematical modeling. A novelty is defined by that the effect of intercomponental ejection and non-uniformity of kinematic, disperse and mass distribution characteristics of cooperating components for the first time is considered. A new method of calculation of different using purposes contact exchanger considering gas and liquid spray interaction to intensify heat exchange has been offered. A new optimal decision has been received conserning sprayers topology under voluntary direction of heat and mass flow between gas and liquid spray.
