The work purpose: working out of structures of weights and technology processing ceramic granite on the basis of system studying domestic quarz-feldspar of raw materials of the Priazovsky crystal array. Methods: theoretical studies were conducted with the involvement of graph-analytical calculations in the systems of rock-forming oxides in accordance with the provisions of the physical chemistry of silicates. At experiment realization planning methods (SPV, a simplex-lattice design) and statistical processing of results were used. Equipment: derivatograph "Paulik-Paulik-Erdey, diffractometer of DRON-3M, horizontal dilatometer of DIL 402 PC, gamma-ray spectrometer SEG-001 ACF-C, high-temperature microscope, infra-red Fourier transform spectrometer Rerkin Elmer Spektrum one, scanning electron microscope microanalyzer with Remmy-101A. Results: Results: the structure and properties quartz- feldspar raw materials of 14 deposits of the Priazovsky crystal file is studied. Structures creating ceramic weights which have allowed to receive products with a sintering maximum level are developed. Physical and chemical properties received creating ceramic (water absorption, frost resistance, durability, wear resistance, acid resistance) are defined. Optimum technological parameters of manufacture creating ceramic which provide reception creating ceramic with a complex of high operational characteristics are established. The structure and phase structure creating ceramic which meets requirements of international standard ISO 10545 are investigated. Laboratory-industrial researches in the conditions of Joint-Stock Company "Zeus Ceramic" which have confirmed efficiency of the received results of NDR are conducted.
