Methodology and methods of research - the theoretical basis of work are fundamental points of modern economic science, proceedings of the domestic and foreign researchers on innovation, innovative development, competition and ompetitiveness. As the use of scientific tools and methods of economic systems analysis, allow to consider the innovation process in a dialectical unity with the processes of institutional formation of innovative business models, as well as methods of mathematical modeling. The results of research will be used for the organization of innovative products production. Projected assumption about the development of the object of research - must conduct in-depth study on the choice of forms and methods of management decisions by using limited resources of the enterprise, based on the stage of product life cycle. The novelty of this paper is to further improve the methods of operational management on the basis of temporal parameters of production.
