Purpose of work - development of the newest and modernized technologies which allow to extend the source of raw materials of ceramic productions, and also to reduce power expenses due to the use in compositions of the masses and coverages of domestic mineral resources which the local types of clays and kaolins behave to, mineral wastes of mining industry and etc. Equipment: diffractometer of DRON-3M, dilatometer of DKV-5a, device of PMT-3 for determination of microyfrdness. The results of work - the method of estimation, prognostication and adjusting of the structural state of ceramic mixtures is developed; the method of research of kinetics of agglomeration and kinetics of phaseforming at burning of ceramic materials is offered. Phase composition and basic technological descriptions of new types of mineral raw material is certain. Possibility of application of feldspar and plagioclase raw material in technologies of densely sintered ceramics is confirmed; possibility of the use of wastes of coal beneficiation for the receipt of clinker and thin-stone wares. Compositions of the masses of low temperature porcelain for the wares of the service-utility setting with high physical-mechanical and aesthetic properties are developed. Composition of mass for wall ceramics on the basis of low-grade clay raw material is developed. Technological instruction of the modes of burning grounded in theory for developed ceramic the masses and coverages is made. Alpha tests are conducted, the issues of party of ceramic granite and clinker wall wares are carried out. The methodical pointings on application of investigational types of mineral raw material in different ceramic technologies are developed.
