A purpose of work is a numeral-analytical design of the acoustic fields in the hydroacoustic waveguides of shallow water. Research methods - for the design of the acoustic fields the method of normal modes and rapid field program is used in hydroacoustic waveguides. A waveguide is broken up on areas, within the limits of which the type of speed of sound is approximated by functions which analytical decisions are for, scope terms are formulated, and then the got general decisions with unknown coefficients are «sewn» together on the scopes of areas. A hydroacoustic waveguide it is possible to examine as a spatio-temporal and frequency filter with the up-diffused parameters, influence of which on a spreading signal is set by a trasfer function (TF). Digitizing TF and producing reverse transformation of Fourier, it is possible to get impulsive response of waveguide (IR), which allows to study influence phizical-mechanic descriptions of environments of the stratified bottom.
