Goal of researches: to study indices of grain and flour quality in selection samples from nurseries of wheat breeding department of Мyronivka Institute of Wheat for carrying out selections for this trait; to study inheritance of characters of grain and flour quality and to create new sources of quality; to study features of formation coadaptive blocks of genes in F16 synthetically created population of winter bread wheat; Research methods: field researches, laboratory methods of definition of grain and flour quality, the electrophoretic analysis of gliadins. Theoretical and practical results: the analysis of indices of grain and flour quality of selection samples in nurseries was carried out, results and high-quality forms were presented to breeders; intraspecific and interspecific hybrids were obtained and their assessments and selections were carried out, inheritance of characters of quality when crossing varieties being genetically different was ascertained. Novelty: some lines we created by wide hybridization with high probability have essentially new genetical basis of their formation. Efficiency of introduction and use sphere: lines with good indices of grain and flour of quality are used in breeding programs of the Institute, as sources and donors of this trait.
