The method of wide hybridization on detached ears for mass production of wheat introgressive lines has been proposed. The method of plant regeneration via immature embryo culture has been improved. The possibility of amphidiploids induction through immature inflorescence culture by low-temperature and caffeine treatment has been shown. By means of using anther culture the scheme of D / R-substitutions of bead wheat and triticale has been proposed. Based on this scheme 852 dihaploid triticale lines have been developed. A number of productive and disease resistant lines involving Aegilops spp. and T. militinae have been identified in various breeding steps, including advanced trial testing.
