As a result of the research the base algorithms of numerical solution of the applied tasks of technological mechanics of a rod have been developed, taking into account non-linear character of material hardening. The improved mathematical models have been realized as a program for designing of preformation process of multiwire twisted products, which allows to increase the accuracy of project calculations on 5-30%.
